Mae Carlos, as the Office Manager, handles the Human Resources, Recruitment and Administrative Department of The Back Room. Before joining the team, she was the one-woman team who handled the HR/Administrative division of a Property Management company for 2 years, where she gained most of her human resource and administrative knowledge. Considering that this is her first try in the BPO industry, she is always excited with any new discovery in the industry that she gains.
In her spare time, she likes to read books and practice her creative writing. On other times, she enjoys spending time with family and going off to new adventures where she can explore new things that she can tick off her bucket list.
